Thai-Inspired Salad Recipe

Spicy Mango Slaw

1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
1/4 purple cabbage, shredded
1 ripe mango, cut into small strips
4-6 green onions, cut chopped into small pieces
handful of chopped cilantro
ground red pepper to taste (or diced jalapeno pepper)
2 tbsp olive oil
juice of 1 lime
sea salt taste

Mix all ingredients except cilantro. Refrigerate for an hour or two to allow flavors to blend. Add cilantro and serve.
