Today's yummy food didn't agree with me. It started off well with a smoothie of spinach, oranges and berries. We took Lovely Boyfriend's nephews and my daughters out to lunch to celebrate Younger Nephew's 12th birthday. I did okay with a big salad of mixed greens and tomatoes. Though it did have a couple of ounces of grilled salmon on it, I left off the cheese, croutons and cooked dressing. I also had a piece of a dinner roll and 2 spoonfuls of apple cobbler crust. By the time we arrived home, I had a stomach ache that lasted for hours! Oh well, I guess I need to give food combining some thought. The kids had fun though.
