Breakfast: microgreens salad with tomatoes, red and yellow peppers and broccoli
Snack: 1 Larabar
Lunch: 8-10 dried figs, 5 dried apricots, a few raw almonds
Gatorade
(This is a MAJOR cheat, and I don't even like the stuff. We were on a Habitat for Humanity build. It was 97 degrees outside and we were out of water!)
Snack: 1/2 personal watermelon
Dinner: Corn Chowder (added a little honey and cinnamon)

Don't beat yourself up too badly about the Gatorade. I can imagine that the work was tough so you NEEDED to drink SOMETHING.
Thanks for the encouragement! Believe me when I say I got over that guilt pretty quickly.
