1 cup coffee (cheat)
Snack: Detox Shock (from Mother's Market) wheatgrass, apple juice, ginger and lemon
Lunch: corn salad on a bed of spinach
Snack: 1/4 personal watermelon
Dinner: romaine wrap filled with broccoli, cauliflower, salsa, guac and red onions
Dessert: 4 figs
