Breakfast: Raw Chai Tea ( I want to post a recipe for this, but I haven't quite gotten it right yet.)
1 slice Ezekiel bread (cheat) w/coconut oil & raw honey
Snack: 2 tbsp soaked flax seeds
Detox juice: cucumber, beet and carrot + 1 shot wheatgrass
Lunch: Corn Chowder (I was in the mood for a sweet so I added 2 tsp raw honey & a few shakes cinnamon.)
the last 5 cherries
Dinner: Spicy Mango Slaw
Dessert: 5 prunes
