Breakfast: smoothie blend of spinach, frozen wild blueberries and an orange
Snack: coffee (non-raw)

Snack: 1 ounce raw mixed nuts
1 fresh fig (I'd never tasted them before. My 16 year old daughter and I both loved it!)
Lunch: repeat of the breakfast smoothie with strawberries added
1/2 personal watermelon
a few currants
Snack: shake made with banana, and raw cacao (It wasn't great. I have to figure out something to do with this bag of cacao, although I'm remembering that I'm not a huge fan of chocolate.)
Dinner: red cabbage wraps filled with sesame seed pate (not a perfected recipe) and tomatoes
