Today's Yummy Food

Breakfast: strawberries & bananas topped with raw granola & banana mylk
1/3 cup of coffee (non-raw)
(The banana mylk recipe varies. Today it consisted of a banana, water, enough ice to chill the liquid without thickening it, a splash of alcohol-free vanilla, a heaping teaspoon of coconut butter and a wee bit of agave.)

Snack: 1/2 personal watermelon
tea (non-raw)
.
Lunch: corn salad on a bed of spinach
.
Dinner: smoothie of spinach, water, oranges, mango, blueberries, strawberries and coconut oil
