Snack: handful of mulberries
Lunch: Raw Thai Spring Rolls from Jenny's Raw and Organic
The wraps on these rolls was tender and slightly sweet. They were stuffed with a variety of vegetables and served with a thick, tasty sauce. Lovely Boyfriend thought the whole thing needed more flavor. I, on the other hand, enjoyed the meal and secretly regretted saving him a roll. I kid. I kid.
Snack: Coconut milk (Too good to be true!)
Dinner: nori rolls of carrots, cucumbers and avocado
