Yesterday's Yummy Food

Day 2 of the horrible headache, so I napped and snacked a lot. This was a coffee-free day, but I don't think it's a caffeine headache, as I had lots of tea and the headache started yesterday.

Breakfast: bowl of strawberries and blueberries, topped with banana mylk & raw granola
tea (non-raw)
.
Snack: 1/2 personal watermelon
.
Lunch: spinach salad topped with fresh corn, tomatoes, onions, lime juice & olive oil
.
Snack: Raw Breakfast Crusts with raw honey
tea (non-raw)
.
Dinner: smoothie of spinach, mango, strawberries, blueberries & coconut oil
.
Post-workout snack: tea (non-raw, no caffeine)
