Today's Yummy Food

Breakfast: Spicy Mango Slaw
1/2 cup coffee (non-raw)
1 pear

Lunch: Spicy Mango Slaw
tea (non-raw)
1 piece of Raw Breakfast Crust with raw honey
(These are yummy. I'll tell you more about them later.)

Snack: 1/2 personal watermelon

Dinner: more SpicyMango Slaw

Post-workout snack: more tea (non-raw, no caffeine)

This was kind of a boring food day, but I had a headache all day and couldn't put in much effort.
